XB4'18 ALU CHASSIS - SWISS 7075 T6 (2MM)

The Aluminum Swiss 7075 T6 2.0mm produced by XRAY, is classified in XRAY 361105 Aluminum Chassis - Swiss 7075 T6 (2.0mm) The XB4 chassis was redesigned with the main focus to lower the CG to improve cornering speed and stability. The chassis accommodates the lower motor mount. CNC-machined chassis made from high-quality 2mm Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, strategically machined in low-stress areas to make it as light as possible without affecting strength or rigidity. Weight distribution, chassis width, and chassis length have a key influence on the handling of the car. All of these features were incorporated into the design of the chassis. All screw holes on the bottom of the chassis are countersunk, allowing for a smooth chassis underside with no protruding screw heads. To increase the lifespan, the chassis is hardcoated at XRAY’s own in-house, fully-robotic coating line.
